Courtney left a successful career as an executive in real estate and property development to share her story and to bring the power of medical to patients throughout Mississippi. Her real estate experience helped her develop an eye for design, and her Master of Science degree in Nursing Education enables Courtney to not only lead the Sweet Life Time with inspiration but with a science-based understanding of the power of cannabinoids. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys the sweet life with her husband Paul, and their 6 children.

While Courtney is the heart and soul of Sweet Life, Paul is the engine that drives Sweet Life's pursuit of excellence. Paul brings to the team his many years of program management experience working on high-profile projects, leveraging his electrical engineering degree along with his Six Sigma Blackbelt to achieve an industry-wide reputation as the leader who gets the tough jobs done! In his spare time, oh, who is kidding who? Paul has no spare time as he is working 24/7 to ensure Sweet Life Canna Co. is able to deliver exceptional business results and powerful natural medicine. When Paul finds spare time he assures everyone it is doing things with Courtney and their children.

Rob is the technical engine that turns plant DNA, photosynthesis, and technology into medical cannabis magic. He is an expert in large-scale clone production, amongst other cultivation specialties. Rob is a serial entrepreneur who has grown and led numerous businesses before joining the Sweet Life team. He is someone who sees an opportunity when most people see a problem. Like all the Sweet Life Team, Rob is on the go constantly, but when there is a break, he seeks out the Sweet Life, traveling with his wife to places in the Old Country, like Florence and Rome. John is a professor of digital marketing technology and public relations; John earned his doctorate in leadership and education technology after a career in retail and hospitality working as an executive and leadership consultant for numerous Fortune 500 and 100 Companies, such as the Walt Disney Company, where he was awarded the lifetime achievement award as a Partner in Excellence. Dr. Reneski has an MBA and degrees in Business, Digital Cinematography, and IT and is finishing a Cybersecurity degree. In his spare time, he pursues the sweet life with his wife of over 40 years, their five children, and soon-to-be three grandchildren. and he also enjoys being a filmmaker and capturing the sweet life.
